Recently, my Bridge International UK reached out to me during a particularly challenging time. They had a powerful vision for 'MyBridge International UK,' a platform aimed at bridging the gap between healthcare professionals and suppliers in developed countries and the crucial needs of hospitals and clinics across Africa. Their goal was to foster stronger collaboration among doctors, nurses, medical engineers, equipment and drug manufacturers, and healthcare assistants, ultimately improving patient care. Unfortunately, they had been deeply let down by a previous design and development team. This betrayal resulted in significant losses – precious time, vital resources, and the looming pressure of a tight launch deadline. Understanding the urgency and the emotional toll this setback had taken. My priority was to conduct thorough research, design a Client and User-centric platform, ensuring it finally aligned with the impactful vision My Bridge had from the start.
